Welder

**REQUIREMENTS / SKILLSET**:

- Have more than three months of professional training for Fire processing/Glass lathe positions, have certain
- theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and will be assessed accordingly for each stage of learning during the on-job-training
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs and certain mechanical.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
- It has certain adaptability to the high temperature work of fire processing and glass lathe and has a high safety awareness.
- Have a strong safety awareness of acid, alkali and other chemicals that may be exposed to in the post.
- Processing skills and knowledge of fire processing and glass lathe positions is an added advantage.
- Ability to use measuring instruments (Vernier card, micrometer, height Vernier caliper, ruler, feeler ruler, thread gauge, chamfer gauge, etc.)
- Strengthen the learning of job business ability and operational skills.
- Strengthen the awareness of teamwork.

**Welders manage the processing skills and knowledge of fire processing and glass lathe positions. The welders select the appropriate musket and use the flame generated by hydrogen and oxygen to flame polish, weld, and other operations on the surface of quartz glass SiO2, which is a high-temperature operation).**

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- Strictly abide by the company's on-site 6S management system and post safety precautions.
- Daily operation in strict accordance with the company's management system and departmental organization and management system.
- Carry out product processing operations in strict accordance with the relevant operation guidance tickets and safety-related management regulations of the department and ensure that the processed products meet the quality inspection standards.
- Strictly follow the production instructions issued by the department's production management personnel to carry out product processing operations to ensure that the products are produced on time.
- Strictly carry out spot inspection and maintenance of equipment.
- Strictly carry out the implementation of other forms with various inspection requirements and related work.
- Carry out sanitation cleaning and environmental maintenance in strict accordance with the requirements of the operating environment.
- Strictly control low auxiliary materials, save energy, and reduce consumption.
- Strengthen the sorting and rectification of the site and adhere to the 6S work persistently.
- Actively feedback information to superiors and communicate with each other.
- Actively conduct on-site investigation of quality problems, cause analysis and countermeasures

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
