**GENERAL PURPOSE**

This role is responsible to support the administrative tasks in Accounts department and basic bookkeeping.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY**

1. Perform clerical office tasks such as filing, data entry, making/answering telephone calls, filing, processing the mail, etc.

3. Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.

4. Preparing financial reports.

5. Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
- Various inside and outside locations with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.
- Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support hotel operations or events.
- Complying with the company’s grooming standard.
- Must be willing to travel to conduct business if required.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM400.00 per month
