IT Officer

**Job Summary**:
Support the Enterprise Infra Executive and Manager in building and operating all IT infrastructure and ensuring a high availability of Gamuda IBS’ IT infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Infrastructure operations and support:

- Support the infrastructure service delivery and operational management.
- Assist in monitoring the performance of the overall infrastructure within the business environment and resolve problems or issues to minimize down-time.
- Resolve incidents raised and resolution to minimize adverse on business operations.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules and analysis if network infrastructure incidents.

Network and Security:

- Support network/telecommunication infrastructure service delivery and operations.
- Resolve network infrastructure service issues and problems.

Continuous improvement (Project Management):

- Assist in IT project implementation as and when required.
- Support productivity improvements and reduce non-value adding expense.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Must willing to work in Banting, Selangor.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent.
- Preferably with IT experience on Servers, Network & Backup
- Windows Server & Microsoft Product Skill Needed.
- Willing to work at Banting, Selangor.

**Salary**: RM1,575.57 - RM3,500.00 per month
