Brief Job Description:

- To conducts call-backs on a certain product as per required.
- To upsell/cross-sell products during call-backs.
- To be a Maxis service ambassador during call-backs
- To participate in campaigns as per requested.

Requirement

1. Min SPM (If PMR but with experience can be considered)

2. Language proficiency of min 5 (spoken)

3. Resilience and able to accept feedback

4. Adaptable to changes

5. Ambitious and keen to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
