**Production**
- Assist factory manager in handling and resolving any disputes or problems that occur in production.
- Ensure smooth running of the day-to-day production operation of various departments in the factory.
- Coordinate daily production activities.
- Responsible for the maintenance of machines.
- Conduction of equipment and materials inspection as per checklist.
- Responsible for manpower arrangement.
- Responsible for inventory management.
- Review, assess and improve production performance and requirement.
- Responsible for identifying training needs and providing training to unskilled operators.
- Ensure good housekeeping and proper handling, storage and preservation of the product at all related area

**Environmental**
- Manage the operation staff (Production Area)
- Maintain Efficient Equipment APCS (Dust Collector)
- To develop, implement, and maintain environmental management systems to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- To coordinate and conduct environmental-related Air emission, LEV, CEMS, etc
- To prepare environmental monitoring reports for regulatory submission.
- To liaise and coordinate with external parties for environmental testing ( water, air, and waste).
- To ensure compliance with legal and other requirements, keeping up to date with changes in the environmental legislation and other requirements.
- To conduct periodical training for employees on environmental-related topics.
- To perform any other duties as delegated by the superior from time to time.

**Safety**
- Conduct safety orientation and induction programs for all personnel, ensuring they are aware of safety protocols, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Deliver safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and workshops to enhance safety awareness and promote a safety culture among employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure that all personnel possess the necessary safety certifications, licenses, and training required to perform their duties safely.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess compliance with safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, or conditions that may pose a risk to personnel, equipment, or the environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and implement corrective measures promptly.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
