Responsibilities: - To oversee/monitor all the activities in Warehouse Department. - Ensure daily finished goods, packaging & raw material are updated in the system (Stock Cards and system). - To conduct and review inventory counts periodically and balance accuracy. - Develop workers work schedules. - Discuss problems and issues with Production Manager handle and solve the problems or issues in effective and timely manner. - Ensure effective handling of goods or materials in the warehouse including receipt, inspection, sorting, stacking, storage, movement, loading, unloading, etc. - Ensure security and accountability for goods and materials in the warehouse including inventory control. - Ensure accurate physical count of goods and materials, efficient and timely reconciling with data storage system according to operation procedures or policies. - Commit, implement & maintain the company food safety & quality programs (eg. Halal, HACCP, FSSC and etc) - Ensure procedures, work instructions and housekeeping are carried out diligently by all associates in the warehouse. - Ensure all the procedures are followed according to the health and safety regulations. - Organize relevant training sessions for all warehouse staff. - Producing regular reports and statistics. - Support production team to improve plant efficiency. - Support all new product development. - Conduct traceability process from warehouse raw material to finished goods with QC/QA team and production manager. - Supervise warehouse storekeeper in managing raw material and finished goods. - Support all QA /QC audit activities. - Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
