Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, including servers, switches, and routers.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement technology solutions.
- Conduct user training and provide guidance on best practices for IT usage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
