1. **Content Development**
- **Develop engaging and creative content**: Create visually appealing digital marketing artwork, (like banners and ads), e-commerce advertisements, product packaging designs, promotion posters, banners, website visuals, and social media posts for all brands.
- **Conceptualize and execute graphic design projects**: Generate creative ideas and designs that effectively communicate each brand's unique identity and values, enhancing corporate branding.

2. **Video Editing**
- **Record and edit videos**:Capture and edit videos to create visually engaging content for all brands, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
- **Edit and post-produce video content**: Enhance video content through editing, adding effects, and integrating audio elements to convey brand narratives effectively across all brands.

3. **Digital Marketing Support**:

- **Plan and execute digital (social media) marketing activities**: Develop multimedia content strategies and create compelling visuals for social media platforms to build strong brand awareness and engagement across all brands.

4. **Collaboration and Creativity**:

- **Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams**: Work collaboratively to brainstorm ideas, propose creative concepts, and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- **Contribute creative insights**:Offer innovative ideas and approaches during brainstorming sessions to enhance visual storytelling and elevate the overall quality of marketing materials for all brands.

5. **Technical Proficiency**:

- **Stay updated on video trends, techniques, and equipment**: Remain informed about the latest trends and tools in graphic design and video editing to produce high-quality, fresh, relevant content that resonates with each brand's target audience.
- **Manage videography equipment**: Responsible for maintaining and operating videography equipment to ensure optimal functionality. This includes equipment setup, troubleshooting, and regular maintenance to support smooth video production for all brands.

6. **Asset Management**:

- **Manage the organization, storage, and archiving of video assets**: Organize and maintain a library of video assets, making it easy to access and retrieve files as needed for future projects or reference.

7. **Brand Alignment**:

- **Foster understanding of brand identity**:Developing a deep understanding of brand's identity, values, and target audience to translate brand essence into visually compelling narratives that resonate with the audience and reinforce brand loyalty for all brands.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Cinematography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably with exposure to the beauty or skincare industry.
- Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in multimedia programs and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
