**Responsibility**
- Assist in full spectrum of HR and Admin
- Assist in performing branch office supervision and coordination, liaison of all PICs
- Processing of staff claims
- Processing of staff hiring/recruitment/training
- Processing staff leave
- Handing all building (branch) office administration
- Assist in preparing all HR letters/documents
- Assist in employee performance appraisal
- Assist in maintaining TPP System, and update system information accordingly
- Continually educate employees on company policies
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Min Diploma in any field with min 2 years of admin experience, or
- Degree Holder in any field with/without any admin experience
- A responsible, not hot-tempered, punctual, willing to do person
- Able to work as a team
- Able to work under min supervision
- Must be a computer literature-Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, other languages an advantage
- Willing to travel between branch offices
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
Schedule:
