**A. Key Role / Accountabilities**:
1) As the IT SME in the upcoming project to rollout e-Invoicing project:

- Support the IT project manager to successfully deliver the project and rollout the solution to business.
- Work with business and vendor partner to deliver applicable project documentation (e.g. blueprint, FS, TS, etc)
- Oversee vendor partner to plan, execute and close testing activities systematically and with proper documentation.
- Comply with AHSEA IT Project Management Methodology
- Etc

2) Responsible for IT solutions and systems supporting the business processes in Finance domain.
- Manage our AMS support vendor to resolve ticket/incident within SLA
- Understand reported incident from business and drive ticket resolution with AMS
- Analyze reported incidents to devise appropriate long-term solution to prevent recurrence of similar issues.
- Review solution provided by AMS vendor to assure quality and in alignment with AHSEA solution standards and direction.

**B. Requirements**:
1) Minimum 10 years of IT working experience in the Finance business process area.

3) Must have experience in one or more of these solutions:

- ERP system - Finance module (AP,AR,GL,FA)
- ERP system integration - Finance functions integrating with other modules like Sales and Distribution, Material management and Warehouse etc.

4) Added advantageous if have experience in any one or more of the below:

- SAP - any modules preferably FICO
- Distribution Management System (DMS) - Accenture NewsPage
- Procurement module in any leading ERP system - Infor M3/SAP/Ms Dynamic
- Sales and Distribution module in any leading ERP system - Infor M3/SAP/Ms Dynamic

5) Demonstrate deep knowledge and exposure to ITSM best practices such as incident management, change management, problem management, service fulfilment, etc.

7) Demonstrate experience being an IT SME or leading an IT team to deliver systems/solutions in a mid to large project implementation settings.

8) Fluency in both written and spoken English.

9) Preferably to have 3+ full IT project lifecycle implementation.

10) Preferably certified in ITIL Framework, PMP or equivalence.

**Salary**: RM13,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
