Job Description**:Marketplace Executive**

Position Overview:
As a Marketplace Executive, your role is to manage and optimize the company's presence on various online marketplaces. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding the company's reach, and enhancing the overall customer experience on these platforms. Your focus will be on managing product listings, analyzing marketplace data, implementing marketing strategies, and building relationships with marketplace partners.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Management:

- Manage the company's presence on various online marketplaces, such as Shopee, Lazada, Klook, KKDay etc
- Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and fulfillment.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and best practices to maximize the company's performance.

2. Sales and Performance Analysis:

- Analyze marketplace data, sales metrics, and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer reviews/ratings.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Generate regular reports on marketplace performance and provide actionable insights to management.

3. Marketing and Promotion:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and drive traffic to the company's marketplace listings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging product content, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
- Optimize search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve product discoverability within the marketplaces.
- Explore opportunities for sponsored product placements, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.

4. Customer Experience and Feedback:

- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings on the marketplace platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the customer service team to address customer issues and provide excellent post-sales support.
- Continuously enhance the customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

5. Marketplace Partner Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with marketplace partners, including account managers and support teams.
- Collaborate with partners to resolve issues, optimize operations, and explore new opportunities.
- Stay updated on partner programs, policies, and initiatives to leverage potential benefits for the company.
- Negotiate and manage contractual agreements, terms, and conditions with marketplace partners.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
