- To assist in documentation and implementation of FSSC and YUM audit.
- Maintain and update quality system documentation.
- Ensure compliance of procedure as per regulatory and franchisor requirement.
- Liaise with external supplier on any quality issue and customer complaint.
- Monitor suppliers’ performance and conduct supplier audit.
- Conduct in-house training on food safety and personal hygiene.

- Have experience in related field.
