Cargo Driver

1. Safely collect mineral materials from the scheduled place and deliver to selected destination and able to complete delivery on time 2. Overseeing the loading unloading process, check the correct mineral materials collected accurately and follow company policy minimum and maximum weight collected 3. Maintain the cleanliness of the truck and to keep it clean and tidy all the time and ensure its functionality 4. Proficient and easy to understand the roads in Peninsular Malaysia (Proficient in using Waze / Google Map). 5. Plan the quickest and safest route, obeying the rules of the road and follow company safety regulations to meet customer requirements 6. Disciplined, honest, trustworthy, responsible attitude when enter to customer’s compartment. 7. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure goods delivered are stamped and acknowledged by the recipient and all documents are properly managed. 8. Delivery of goods to customers as stated on the delivery order (DO). 9. Update the delivery route and DO number into logbook 10. Report any defects, accidents, violations and delays to planner and Head of Logistic 11. Document log work and mileage for every delivery and retain fuel or toll receipts. 12. Notify planner and Head of Logistic if there is any major maintenance needed or delivery issue encountered. 13. Responsible to ensure the assigned vehicle is in good condition at all times, clean, well maintained and meet the safety requirements. 14. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and discuss to perform preventative maintenance. 15. To carry out vehicle maintenance check and arranging for vehicle repairs at workshop according to schedule time 16. Assists in ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned by Planner and Head of Logistic
Incorporated in 1946, Heng Seng & Company (HSC) began as a trading company in British Malaya. HSC is today the first and the oldest LPG distribution company in Malaysia. Presently, HSC is the distributor for MYGAZ and Petron covering the East Coast while Solar Gas covers the whole of Semenanjung Malaysia. For decades, we have established and maintained a significant presence in the East Coast of Malaysia, where our current market share in Kelantan and Terengganu stands at 43% and 16% respectively. In Kota Bharu, the capital of Kelantan, HSC remains a market leader as we are supplying 85% of the LPG needs in the city. Looking ahead, we aspire to be one of the leading LPG distribution and logistics corporations in Malaysia. In addition, we have received high demands to expand our trading/ distribution and logistics of various goods ie: Limestone, diesel, FMCG, Sugars, cooking oil and many more.
