Logistic Admin Executive

**Requirements**
- Age: 24 years - 30 years
- At least 1 year experience in logistic / supply chain (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
- Able to read and converse in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia (Able to speak/ understand Mandarin is an advantage)
- Must have at least diploma / degree or any equivalent education
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong knowledge in vehicle maintenance
- High attention to detail

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating transportation, including booking trip slots, negotiating rates and tracking delivery schedules.
- Communicate and maintain good relationshis internally and externally to gather information, resolve queries and provide updates on logistics processes.
- Compile and analyze logistic data, such as trip volumes, transportation costs and delivery performance.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-makin identify areas of improvement.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties and activities related to logistic when required

**Benefits**
