Internship for Human Resources Management Student

1. Human resources interns provide support in all the processes and efforts carried by human resources managers.
3. They perform administrative tasks, prepare communications and letters, and perform the tabulation of the surveys and assessments carried out by the department.
4. Responsible for the preparation, communication, organisation, and writing meeting minutes for daily meetings.
5. They assist in organising various employee activities and administrative affairs such as vehicle management and document management.
6. Responsible for foreign workers recruitment and selection.
Closely monitor the foreign workers regarding their work permit and disciplinary issues and arranging foreign workers on board and on job training.
8. Ensure foreign workers management policy communicate on timely manner to all foreign workers.
9. Any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by superior from time to time.
Job requirement:
1. Education Background: Diploma/Degree holder in Business studies/
Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2. Professional Knowledge and Skills: With HR knowledge on managing foreign
workers.
3. Others: Proactive, self-motivation and able to work under pressure.
