Social Media Manager

Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage with the target audience.
- Collaborate closely with the internal marketing planning team and external agencies to formulate social media campaigns that align with corporate marketing objectives.
- Oversee the company's social media accounts, managing presence, planning content calendars, and executing daily posts to provide engaging content and foster interaction with users.
- Formulate a comprehensive content strategy encompassing creative, community management, and both paid and organic approaches for daily content output, product launches, and other brand initiatives, while maintaining a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Evaluate the company's long-term social media needs, generating monthly reports for management and executive teams.
- Propose any necessary adjustments to the digital marketing plan based on thorough analysis of data, ensuring the effectiveness of social media campaigns in achieving their objectives.
- Lead the development of the digital strategy, implementing best practices across paid and owned media, including paid advertising, SEM, display ads, and EDM, to optimize overall digital presence and impact.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation and graphic design tools.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Experience with analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Knowledge of smart home technology and security solutions is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
