**Responsibilities**
- Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Handle queries and communications from the Team, providing timely and accurate information.
- Key in replacement leave and sick leave certificate details in HR system
- Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Provide administrative support to assigned departments.
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- duration of 6 month(s)

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
