Job Description:

Our active, rich, and diverse panels encompass the key Asia countries namely, Singapore, Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, India and Philippines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Service and Project Management
- Manage and develop commercial resources with a special focus into online panel market research projects
- Manage good relationship with existing and new clients.
- Meet client's expectation with proposal to deliver professional results and achieve KPIs
- Manage client enquiries, prepare online project framework and quotes for clients
- Following up on quotations and manage issues from commissioned projects
- Collaborate with local and international vendors to support client's requests
- Collaborate with Project Managers on queries once project is commissioned
- Manage end-deliverables for projects with various vendors

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent related experience
- 2 - 3 years working experience in Marketing Research
- Good knowledge of market research
- Good project management skills would be a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong sense of urgency and responsibility
- Proficient in both Bahasa Melayu and English as you will be required to liase with stakeholders in Malaysia
