**JOB PURPOSE**
- The incumbent will assisting the Receiving Manager in monitoring, plan, execute from the points of goods receipt till the stocks to saleable location, in day to day task operations adhere to S.O.P and to specifically ensure the smooth and efficient running of Receiving section, encompassing the company quality policies, relevant ISO, GMP, GDP, GCP, CDPMD, Clients and Customer's requirements and Regulatory Requirements in Zuellig Pharma.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To be responsible for unloading and receiving of good from external supplier and support Inbound Receiving, update stock received into SAP.
- For inbound receiving management, the incumbent oversees the Warehouse Assistant and Inbound Receiving procedures to ensure the Inbound stock are appropriately received, checked, released for saleable and stored.
- Responsible and monitor performance of cold chain receiving, checking, stored and released for saleable.
- Consistently working closely with warehouse assistant and put away, to ensure smooth of the flow of inbound process.
- Keep immediate superior informed always of any problems or incidents occurring in the work place and reductions in unplanned deviations and focuses on improving right first time.
- To ensure that the safety of people, stocks, infrastructure and equipment is observed always.
- Reports to Leaders / Manager on departmental issues, non-conformities, and accomplishments. Ensures there is prompt and effective communication both internally and externally to keep all interested parties informed proactively. This includes but not limited to superiors, subordinates, colleagues, principals and customers.
- Attends, participates, cross-functional meetings when needed. Supports and participates in crossfunctional projects when assigned/appropriate.
- Listen to superior and follow instructions carefully. To carry out tasks in accordance to SOPs. To support superior and accept additional responsibilities in a positive manner.
- Ensures and maintains good housekeeping and 5S.
- Prepares and submits weekly or monthly reports
- Performs other duties as assigned when required and able working with team in shift schedule /night shift.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least three year of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to work hands on.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
