**Minimum Qualification**

To effectively working as ER Instructor, he shall have the appropriate qualifications and experience.

**(a) Essential**:
(i) Minimum of Diploma or at least 3 years of experience in the aviation industry with proven knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and legislation

(ii) Excellent computer skills and ability to train

(iii) Proven organisational skills with the ability to deliver to set datelines

(iv) Possess good man management skills

(v) Possess good influencing and persuading skills

(vi) No criminal record;(vii) Must be fluent in English - both verbal and written and

(viii) Can work and standby 24/7 round the clock and at odd hours.

**(b) Desirable**:
(i) Good Communication Skill

(ii) Able to deliver

(iii) Customer service, communication and inter-personal skills at all levels

(iv) Statistical and Process Analysis skills

(v) IT competent.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
