Trading Executive

1) Negotiating contracts with foreign suppliers and customers. 2) Developing and maintaining relationships with foreign partners. 3) To attend customers’ enquiries and requirements promptly and accurately. 4) To prepare quotations to customers. 5) Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. 6) Managing import and export operations. 7) Conducting market research and analysis 8) Managing customs compliance and documentation 9) Overseeing logistics and supply chain management 10) Providing guidance on international finance and payment options 11) Resolve services issues by clarifying customers’ complaints, determining the cause of the problem and provide the best solution to resolve the issues. 12) Keep customers updated should there be any delays or abnormalities to their shipments. 13) Keeping track of all import license and permit required for importing liaise with government authorities shall any issues arise. 14) Perform any ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the management.
