- Support the Chef de Partie in ensuring smooth operation of the kitchen and prompt service at all times.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of raw and cooked food products.
- Guarantee the safety and proper utilization of kitchen equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, checking for quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during busy periods.
- Aid in the management of inventory, which involves tasks such as maintaining proper stock rotation and meticulously recording inventory quantities.
- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Culinary Arts or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Commis or other related roles.
- Proficient in cooking techniques, knife skills, and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
- Strong understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
- Strong organizational skills to manage the station efficiently and keep track of inventory.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices, including HACCP guidelines.
- Ability to cope with a fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent teamwork and outgoing personality, with good customer service skills.
- Willing to work on early shift, closing shift, weekends & public holidays.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Schedule:
