Assist with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Help with mobility and transfers, using appropriate techniques and assistive devices as necessary.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management, as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, considering any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces, laundry and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Engage in companionship activities, such as conversation, reading, playing games or accompanying the elderly people on outings.
- Monitor and report changes in the elder people’s condition or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals or family members.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to elderly people and their families.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, including daily activities, medication administration and any significant observations or incidents.
**Job Requirements**:
- Retired nurse is encouraged to apply.
- **Applicant must be willing to work in Kulai, Johor.**
