**Job Summary**:

**Inventory Management**:
Oversee the maintenance of accurate inventory records specific to NBL Plant's operations.

Regularly conduct thorough stock checks, audits, and cycle counts to ensure precise inventory control.

Collaborate with procurement to manage inventory levels tailored to NBL Plant's unique requirements.

**Order Fulfillment for NBL Plant**:
Manage and process customer orders specific to NBL Plant, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Coordinate the preparation of orders for shipment, including proper packaging and labeling compliant with NBL Plant standards.

Work closely with NBL Plant's shipping and logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries.

**Optimized Warehouse for NBL Plant**:
Maintain a well-organized and efficiently structured warehouse environment tailored to NBL Plant's operational needs.

Implement and sustain an efficient shelving and storage system aligned with NBL Plant's inventory requirements.

Oversee the proper handling and storage of products unique to NBL Plant to prevent damage.

**Team Leadership and Coordination**:
Provide leadership and coordination for the warehouse team specific to NBL Plant, offering guidance and direction.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to optimize workflow and productivity within NBL Plant's context.

Facilitate training sessions for new team members while continuously improving skillsets for NBL Plant's operational success.

**Health, Safety, and Compliance - NBL Plant Focus**:
Enforce NBL Plant-specific safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.

Perform regular safety inspections aligned with NBL Plant's safety standards and address potential hazards promptly.

Foster a culture of safety awareness unique to NBL Plant within the warehouse team.

**NBL Plant Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain meticulous records of all warehouse activities directly related to NBL Plant's operations.

Generate routine reports detailing inventory levels, order fulfillment, and operational metrics tailored to NBL Plant's requirements.

Collaborate seamlessly with NBL Plant management regarding operational updates and insights.

**Continuous Improvement at NBL Plant**:
Identify opportunities for process enhancement specific to NBL Plant's warehouse operations.

Collaborate effectively with NBL Plant's cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse activities and efficiencies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: From RM4,000.00 per month
