**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for enforcing quality control on site to ensure that the Architectural works complies with the Technical Specification and Drawings of the Contract Documents.
- Checking and inspection of architectural works, ensure the quality and workmanship of finishing works.
- To be responsible to monitor works progress and report site issues & delays to Resident Architect & Project Manager.
- To coordinate site works and all trade of Architectural, civil, structural and M&E works. Report promptly to Resident Architect for any issue arises.
- To ensure work done according to drawings and to detect discrepancies in time to avoid abortive works. Re-evaluate any proceeding works should the contractor failed to comply/specifications/construction drawings/shop drawings/method statement during site inspection.
- Providing technical advice to resolve immediate problems on site whilst maintaining overall project standard.
- Proper record status/discrepancies and non-compliance to superior and documented.
- Able to work independently and also good teamwork.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proactive in resolving site problems and familiar with QLASSIC requirement.
- Based at Pasir Gudang, Johor site is required.
