Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of parts as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including lubrication, inspection, and adjustment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems with production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine inspections of production equipment to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and plant managers to schedule maintenance activities and minimize production downtime.
- Monitor and control maintenance expenses to ensure that they are within budget.
- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and equipment.
- Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in good condition.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are documented and tracked in the maintenance management system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in the maintenance department.
- Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for the plant.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations.

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- factory maintenance operations: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Melayu, English / Mandarin (preferred)
