**Responsibilities**:
**Guest Services**: Assist in providing excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

**Event Management**: Support the planning and execution of [specify type of events, e.g., conferences, weddings, etc.], including logistics, coordination, and on-site support.

**Front Desk Operations**: Gain hands-on experience in managing front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and ensuring a smooth guest arrival and departure process.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with various departments such as [list relevant departments, e.g., housekeeping, catering, etc.] to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

**Customer Feedback**: Assist in collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

**Administrative Tasks**: Support daily administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and documentation to ensure efficient workflow.

Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: RM1,000.00 per month
