內部財產部門助理經理職位出現永久空缺。

**工作職責：**
- 直接向規劃和報告經理報告。
- 主要職責包括為整個物業組合的物業管理團隊提供財務支持，以確保及時準確的報告、預測和分析，這將有助於商業決策。
- 作為助理經理，您將負責財務報告和差異分析、預算規劃和控制、現金流量管理以及向相關外部機構和當局報告。
- 您將為財務營運團隊提供全套帳目準備和每月帳目結算方面的支援以及稅務方面的技術支持
- 提供法定審計和稅務事務的支援。
- 負責預算和現金流管理。

**工作要求：**
- 要成功擔任此職位，候選人應具備會計資格，學士學位或 ACCA/CIMA 畢業生，最好具有物業管理行業經驗。如果您是MIA的會員，我們將給予您高度的尊重。
- 在類似的金融投資組合職位中擁有 5-8 年的豐富經驗將受到非常有利的考慮。
- 優秀的溝通能力（英語、國語和中文/國語）
- 精通會計軟體系統（在本例中為Noeti）將是理想的選擇。
