**Full job description**

Hiring Full Time -Notebook/Laptop/PC Technician in Service Center (Minimum 1 year experience in repairing)

Location: Lot 1.34, 1st Floor, Plaza Berjaya, No. 12, Jalan Imbi, Wilayah Persekutuan, 55100, Kuala Lumpur.

Working Hour - 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday), 10am to 3pm (Saturday)
Off Day - Sunday& Public Holiday

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 to RM2,800.00 per month depending on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, and other computer peripherals.

2. Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment, including routers, and switches to ensure reliable connectivity.

3. Perform computer/laptops hardware replacement, upgrades, and replacements as needed to keep systems running smoothly.

4. To undertake any tasks as and when required.

5. Document maintenance procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations for future reference.

6. Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and software

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (required)

**Experience**:
