**Responsibility**
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Support the accounting department with basic bookkeeping duties
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee records
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Perform other duties as assigned
