Maintenance Tehcnician

**Experience**: At least 1 year working experience as Maintenance Technician
**Qualification**:Must possess at least a professional M&E certificate with Electrical background

**Job Descriptions**:

- To plan and to propose the Yearly Preventive Maintenance Plan inclusive of basic maintenance, cleaning, etc
- To develop and implement the budget for maintenance department
- To maintain all inventories records and supplies
- To schedule for repair and store inspection
- To conduct safety inspection such as faulty wiring, trip of DB box, etc
- To carry out minor project and wiring work
- To comply with safe working practices as far as maintenance work is concerned
- Diagnose problems, troubleshooting breakdown, replace and repair such as:
(i) Electrical - Able to trouble shoot minor electrical works and maintain the switchboards in proper conditions i.e. Ice machine, fryers, chiller, freezer, cold room, ice cream machine, blast freezer, hot water boiler, air conditioning, pumps, etc.

(ii) Plumbing works - Piping inspection works, unclogging and maintain all pipes to prevent leaking.

(iii) Workshop work - Carpentry, welding and repair furniture, tools etc.

(iv) Ensure good 5S practice in work area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
