Brief description:

- Support Client’s Sales Team and their efforts to sell products, subscriptions, and solutions to end customers.
- Manage volumes of projects and data in varying stages of progression
- Access and organize data submitted by clients, audit data integrity, work with internal and external teams to drive processes and provide support.

Experience required:

- Any bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a BPO environment.
- Proficient in MS Tools / Systems.
- Preferably hands-on experience in working on PMO related activities

Skill sets:

- Clear written & oral communication skills with internal customers.
- Works well with cross functional teams.
- Good knowledge on KPI’s and SLA’s
- Acumen for quality at work.

Pay: RM18.41 - RM22.17 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- BPO: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Remote (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Remote: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (preferred)
