Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification
- Registered with Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM)
- At least 2 years’ experience as Building Surveyor in Property Industry
- Strong knowledge of high rise building systems
- Experience in high rise building audits
- Expertise in understanding and verifying architectural and M&E drawings
- Knowledge in AutoCAD an added advantage

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough building audit during takeover of site
- Review as-built drawing and identify any discrepancy
- Recommend solutions to issues identified
- Responsible to develop tracker to monitor status of defects identified
- Lodge defects to developer / authority and liaise with project team on rectification
- Prioritization of issues according to level of urgency
- Liaise with finance manager & procurement manager to prepare plan and develop specification for the rectification of defects
- Responsible for defect KPI’s
- Communication to stakeholders on status of defects

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
