Fiber Solutionist

Requirements -Minimum Diploma or a Degree -Must have sales experience -Technical experience or WiFi set up experience is an added advantage -Must be willing to be based at Klang Valley Responsibilities -Manage and complete fiber installation with comply to company SOP -Troubleshoot and perform service restoration for internet service and devices with stipulated SLA -Solving customer problems and complaints -Identify sales opportunities and upsell company products and solutions -Coordinating complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fibre (WiFi solutioning， Smart Home)
