**Key Responsibilities**
Your role includes some or all of the following key responsibilities:
- Interact with hiring managers to understand specific hiring requirements.
- Execute and monitor sourcing activities and programs across various channels, leveraging shared service sourcing capabilities.
- Extend and negotiate offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers.
- Ensure the recruitment process/lifecycle is completed efficiently and professionally at all times, minimizing time to fill.
- Use Accenture recruitment systems appropriately, focusing on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with data protection legislation.
- Interact promptly with internal or external client stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirements.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Recruiting experience in technology positions
- Experience in management consulting, financial services, or other professional services environments is advantageous
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
**Work Arrangement**
- Hybrid work arrangement
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
