這是一個永久職位，負責管理財務團隊的集團合併和報告、稅務以及其他關鍵任務和角色。
主要職責：
- 負責準備集團合併及公司財務報告。
- 負責準備公司每月的投資報告和現金流量預測。
- 審查各國報告、主文件和轉讓定價文件。
- 查閱海外子公司的每月投資報告。
- 審閱子公司、聯營公司和合資公司的季度財務報告。
- 準備集團財務報告的分析。
- 負責準備公司的稅務計算以提交年度報稅表和稅務估算。
- 與審計師、稅務顧問、內陸稅務局、國家銀行、公司秘書就財務、稅務和監管事宜進行聯絡。
- 準備會議用的紙板。
**要求**:

- 年齡在 35 至 45 歲之間的馬來西亞男性或女性。
- 申請人必須擁有ACCA/CIMA專業會計資格。
- MIA 會員。
- 5-8年處理集團合併及財務報告的經驗。
- 稅務方面的知識和經驗。
- 熟悉會計準則和稅務要求。
- 必須精通英語，口語和書面。
- MS Office 技能，尤其是 Excel 和 Power Point。
