**Requirements**
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position in shipping procedure / logistics or equivalent
- Required Language(s): Mandarin, English And Bahasa Malaysia

**Responsibility**
- Liaise and coordinate with forwarders for all shipments and transport arrangement.
- To handle full spectrum of shipping documentation (import & export packing list, commercial Invoices & etc).
- Prepare for declaration document of import and export.
- Liaise with carriers, agent (or goverment Agencies) to ensure smooth release claearance of shipments.
- Follow up on the status of shipment
- Preparation of invoices
