**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Training members of your team to handle their work tasks to meet requirements.
- Ensuring that the work performed by your team is correct and completed on time by detecting, correcting, and rectifying errors and delays in the work of others.
- Ensuring that a high level of discipline is maintained within your team and that all team members comply with rules and regulations of the Company.
- Monitoring and measuring work performed and providing reports on the same in accordance to the requirements of your superiors.
- Carrying out all other duties or works as assigned to you and/or as directed by your superior(s) efficiently and diligently and demonstrating exemplary behaviour at all times.

**Scope of Work**:

- Build and assemble machines or mechanical components according to requirements
- Inspect machines, engines, transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues
- Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability
- Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment and systems
- Replenish fluids and components of engines and machinery
- Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventative measures to machine or vehicle users
- Undertake other duties as assigned (e.g. repair of hydraulic systems, painting vehicles etc.)
- Keep logs of work and report on issues
- Leading your team to work effectively and increase their technical skills.
- Shall improve your technical knowledge and keep it up-to-date.
- To oversee your subordinates in following the company regulation, in good discipline and complete their task/ responsibilities accordingly.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
