Warehouse Supervisor

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Minimum Diploma in Material, Logistic, Warehouse or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in warehouse & logistic fields.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, cross functional team environment.
- Organized and systematic in handling and managing document, preparing weekly report.
- Knowledgeable in managing warehouse and material
- Good in sense of responsibility, honesty & commitment.
- Well disciplined & excellent time management.
- Able to work within tight timeline and multi-task.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
1. Receiving, checking, recording, organising and storing stock as it is received.

2. Record any damaged, missing or faulty goods.

3. Prepare the Material Take Off / Delivery Order.

4. Ensure all stock are properly stacked & picked according to location in the store while allocating and labelling material in the storage space and re-ordering if stock levels fall too low.

5. Maintaining the warehouse in a tidy state and clearing away packing material and wastage.

6. Monitor the material input / output and quality to ensure meet the site or customer deliver time line.

7. Prepare proper packaging for shipment and advice internal parties in term of quality, packing and logistic requirements.

8. Responsible for loading and unloading goods from delivery vans or lorries, material and inventory management at warehouse and site and update all stock / material movement, keeping records of goods, their location and quantity, key in and maintain record in material & inventory system.

9 Liaise closely with Logistic and related department for delivery and collection items site to site, warehouse to site, to customer or supplier.

10. Responsible for audit material and inventory at all sites and warehouse by submit weekly report to Superior.

11. To check and verify workers' attendance, overtime, leaves for payroll before submit to superior.

12. To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work.

13. Compliance with ISO & OSHA and security procedures.

14. Carry out others task as been assigned by superior from time to time.

15. Wiling to travel (sites)

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
