**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct production pre-operation checking and record. Assist QA on recording and documenting the forms.
- Conduct inspection on Critical Control Point (CCP) record. Assist QA on recording and documenting the CCP form.
- Conduct verification on Metal Detector. Assist QA on recording and documenting the verification form.
- Conduct verification on label information. Assist QA on recording and documenting the verification form.
- Daily check the cleanliness of production areas, machines and equipment. Conduct re-inspection on the cleanliness if Swab test/ ATP test failed.
- Monitor production worker operating as per standard operation procedure (SOP).
- Control and monitor the cleaning chemical usage and stock.
- Conduct random checking on raw materials/ packaging materials delivery and finished products.
- Conduct internal pest control checking. Assist QA on recording and documenting the internal pest control form.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma (Food Science & Technology/Microbiology or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Having 1-2 years of experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the food manufacturing environment.
- Well versed with HACCP, GMP and other food related regulations.
- Positive attitude, energetic and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with strong leadership skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
