Prepare leasing, monthly and daily invoices then send to clients. Follow the proper SOP requirements while preparing the invoices. Ensure the rate, billing information and billing period is accurate before sending to clients
- Preparing leasing agreements for clients lease vehicle. Ensure all documents are ready before creating lease agreement. (quotation, contract, vehicle status & driver license)
- Liaise with operation team and sales team on return of vehicle
- Ensure all the PO is valid before submitting invoice with PO
- Liaise with operation team to upload the check in and check out VCL in carpro
- Maintain proper filling on the signed agreements and also the original VCL’s. Make sure all the documents scanned and uploaded in carpro
- Assist on Ad Hoc Assignment when required.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 -5 years of experience in billing / accounting
- Computer skills ( Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Attention to details, prioritization skills and time management
- Office location: Segambut

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
