Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Transport and Warehouse Assistant to join our team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the transportation and warehouse operations of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments against documentation, and ensuring accurate inventory counts.
Support inventory management by organizing and labeling items, conducting regular stock checks, and updating inventory records using appropriate software or systems.
Process customer orders by picking and packing items accurately according to specifications and preparing them for timely shipment.
Coordinate transportation logistics by scheduling deliveries, arranging shipments with carriers, and tracking delivery status to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
Maintain a safe working environment by following established safety procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials and compliance with transportation regulations.
Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including receipts, bills of lading, and other relevant documentation.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure efficient coordination of warehouse and transportation activities.
Identify and report any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or warehouse processes to the appropriate personnel.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements, participating in team meetings, and implementing best practices.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving procedures, inventory management, and packaging standards.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using inventory management software or systems.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

- **Allowances **_Salary : RM2500 (negotiable based on experiences)
- **Working days and hours **_Monday to Friday
8.30am - 5.30pm

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
