1. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communications

2. Monitor and ensure maintenance of merchandising standards in assign area.

3. Develop and maintain an effective activity schedule and ensure compliance to time frame.

4. Coordinate with customers and design various store decor plans and provide upgrades.

5. Monitor and oversee new item listing, promotion price, event and etc.

6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently and all sales-related activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.

7. Collaborating with other departments for company event project, new product launches including event set up, finding event crew, stock replenishment and etc.

8. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and company database, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.

9. Creating attractive point-of-sale displays, must be aesthetically pleasing, yet functional, making it easy for customers to locate and obtain self-serve items.

10. Identifying trends and making sales predictions based on product popularity, past sales data, industry trade publications and information gained by attending product shows

11. Analyse store observation programs and validate various store process.

12. Monitor all general orders and special assignment for organization.

13. Monitor all placements for store section and allocate resources appropriately.

14. Monitor all ad sign board for department and ensure cleanliness.

15. Maintain a neat and clean store area at all times.

16. Manage and evaluate all financial documents, prepare reports and initiate all sales decision.

17. Prepare and supervise various budgetary plans in assign region.

18. Analyse working of staff and recommend changes to initiate better working of store.

19. Evaluate all accounts and ensure compliance to all merchandising standards.

20. Train and supervise efficient working of merchant team.

21. Ensure compliance to all government policies and implement processes accordingly.

22. Develop good customer care service programs and perform regular troubleshoot on same.

23. Comparing sales data for products and make recommendations to management regarding possible solutions if sales are low.

24. Plan and modifying displays, moving to different locations within the store, adjusting prices or discontinuing an item.

25. Monitor of seasonal goods and their removal after prime selling periods expire.

26. Maintain and develop effective selling network and manage trade for same.

27. Develop proficiency in all areas.

28. Organize and maintain database of work.

29. A solid understanding of management related best practices.

30. Provide comprehensive communication and support in all aspects of business.

31. Work independently with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.

32. Any other relevant task or function assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
