Air Specialist

Job Description： - Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve targeted revenue and growth. - Develop new businesses for focus in Air Freight Management, especially in China & Region Market. - Develop opportunities to cross-sell products to existing and new clients. - Maintain an accurate, ongoing and robust sales pipeline at all time. - Forging and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts. - Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives. - Developing and leveraging on company’s branding and professional profile. - Retention of accounts through customer service excellence. - Gathering and sharing of market intelligence. - To ensure timely response from client queries and RFQ’s;
- To drive and achieve department goal in accordance with company directions;
- Manage account receivables at all time & follow up on AR issues with clients;
- To ensure timely submission of reports (C-View - MTA, Opportunity... Job Requirements 1) At least 5 years’ solid experience in Air Freight Management / Industrial Planning / Business Perspective in China and Region Market 2) MUST be able to speak fluent Mandarin, and able to read & write reports in Chinese (role required to liaise and report to China Team & Clients) 3) With min. 5 years’ working experience in Logistics Industries specialized in Air Freight Management 4) Well versed in the trends and needs of the China and Region market 5) Ability to implement innovative sourcing strategies and good command in interpersonal and communication skill
