Admin Assistant

Responsible for general admin duties with related duties.
- Experiences working at property management and residency building at least for 1 year is an advantage
- Perform dedicated customer service.
- Prepare monthly billings & send to owners
- Handle all general administrative work
- Assist in handling complaints from residents.
- Send reminders to defaulters & follow-up calls.
- Receive daily payments & issuance of official receipts
- Receive, update & keep proper records of all payments and deposits collected.
Language: Bahasa Melayu, English
Qualification: SPM / STPM / Diploma.
**Working hours: Mon-Fri 9-5.30 & Alternate Sat 9-1**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
