Plant Supervisor

**PLANT SUPERVISOR** (New Plant - Semenyih, Selangor)

**Responsibility**:

- To oversee the Production Staff by monitoring their attendance, discipline, duties, activities as well as performance.
- To ensure the Employees comply with all policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
- To run the machines and run the daily production operations.
- To carry out task as Mechanic or Foreman role with expertise to repair the auto machine and its equipment
- To ensure products or Finished Goods are shipped on time and meet customers’ expectations.
- To coordinate Production Standards, Quality Standards, Goals & Objective achieved the safety, quality, cost and delivery requirements.
- To keep the plant equipment & facilities in safe and good condition.

**Requirement**:

- Preferable technical background.
- Well experienced in Metal Fabrication manufacturing at Supervisory level.
- Competency to plan, lead and coach Employees.
- Capability to handle fully automatic Forming Machine.
- Skillfulness to manage 12 units of Auto Machines and 30 people of Headcounts.
- Willingness to receive On Call & Ad Hoc task upon required.
- Applicant must be able to commence work on September or October 2024.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
