I. Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment II. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) III. Cook food according to menu planned. IV. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen V. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly VI. Check quality of ingredients VII. Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages VIII. Manages other cook in the kitchen IX. Assists other cooks during the food assembly process X. Estimates expected food consumption and organizes preparation XI. Plan and Keeps records and accounts of raw material purchases XII. Performs additional duties as needed

Its production processes have been granted Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point - HACCP standards from Ministry of Health Malaysia. This gives confidence in safety and traceability of the Company’s food products.
