Scaffolder

Department: Maintenance Category: Non-Executive Position: Scaffolder Reporting to: Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Senior Engineer, Mechanical Assistant Manager & Maintenance Senior Manager Key Responsibilities:

- Planning, supervising, and monitoring the scaffolding works (erection, modification, dismantle & housekeeping works).; Overseeing the erection of the scaffold, do final inspection of the scaffold prior to initial occupation for use.; Arrange periodic inspection and documentation of the condition of the scaffold and its ability to be occupied safely.; Inspections of scaffolds after modifications / alterations have been made.; Responsible to sign, renew, monitor the scaffold tags; Oversee the implementation of works in compliance with specifications, license, and drawings, including work at confined space.; Ensure the scaffolder and personnel working at site wearing PPE and comply with company’s safety policies and procedures including SOPs & work instructions.; To coordinate with other department to ensure efficient and smooth operation; To assist in troubleshooting of processes, repair and fault-find of machineries & equipment.; To comply with company Safety Policy and Procedures, 5S practice and; To undertake any other job assigned by immediate superior or Management from time to time..; Requirement: Minimum Technical Certificates or any equivalent field; Minimum 3 years of working experience as Scaffolder; Registered JKKP ; Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding; Proficient in the use of social media and job boards; Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles; Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases; A leader and strategic thinker; The ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision; Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (speaking and writing);
