Marcom Executive

Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
- Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
- Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries
- Responsibilities include marketing & communication, partnerships and social media management
- Assist with fulfillment of marketing promotions and events
- Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
- Edit and post videos, podcast and audio content to online sites
- Manage all hotel & departmental requirements for graphic design content production and validation
- Ensure daily, weekly and month and monitoring and postings for various social media platforms on hotel promotions and happenings
- Ensure all hotel collateral is following Accor brand standards
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
- Good presentation skills
- Organization and planning skills

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
