_**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:_
- Overseeing on-site labor and construction workers.
- Able to lead sub contractors / worker
- To carry out supervision and monitoring of all the Joinery installation works.
- Coordinating daily onsite activities Ensure related materials and equipment are available at all time.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure budget, expenses, progress schedule and quality standard are met.
- Provide appropriate work completion timeline to clients.
- Review and communicate onsite progress to clients.
- Plan and implement work schedules.
- Adhere to the construction industry's standards and safety regulations.
- Undertake site safety inspection.
- Prepare and present site reports.**REQUIREMENTS**:
_
- SPM/ Diploma in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years related site working experience.
- Able to communicate, read and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage as the job holder is required to liaise with Mandarin spoken clients and suppliers,
- Computer knowledge.
- Required AutoCAD skills.
- Able to read and understand construction drawings.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sungai Buloh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
